- As soon as Customer places order, we submit a detailed Pre-Installation Requirement along with specifications if any local purchase of electrical items, Hoses, fittings, etc., this is extremely important as it helps in organizing the entire requirements beforehand and without delay.
- Once the site is ready, our engineer visits the site for inspection.
- When the machine is received we visit for inspection of the machine, Installation, commissioning. We spend enough time on this to ensure proper Installation.
- As soon as the machine is installed our engineer and application specialist spends sufficient time on training of operator / technician. Our engineers visit after 15 days, for sorting out all the operational problems / quires. We believe that good training given to user helps us also.
- During warranty Period our engineer visits your site at least 3-4 times for Preventive Maintenance & checking.
