Clyde Equipment is headed by its chairman Mr. Yanktesh Permal Reddy, fondly known as Y.P. Reddy. The Group's executive office directs business and defines the strategic objectives of the Group. The Reddy Group's executive office consists of the following senior management team:

Y.P. Reddy
Chairman

Mr. Y.P. Reddy joined the Reddy Group in 1957. He has been the man behind the

Group's development and success over the years. With his vision and direction the Group has diversified its operations within Fiji and abroad to New Zealand and Australia. Today he serves as the Reddy Group's Chairman.

Mr. Y.P .Reddy was the Inaugural President of the Fiji Jaycees and is a Paul Harris fellow of the Rotary Club of Lautoka. He has received many awards and distinctions for his continued service to the people of Fiji. He received an Order of the British Empire (OBE) in 1973 from her Majesty the Queen of England and in 1995 he received the highest recognition in Fiji - the Companion of the Order of Fiji (CF).

For 23 years he served as the National President of TISI Sangam, one of Fiji's largest socio-educational and cultural organizations.

He has held many directorships on government and stated owned companies such as Fiji Electricity Authority, Fiji Development Bank and Fiji National Provident Fund and is a life member of the Fiji Hotel Association.

Rohit Reddy
Director

Rohit graduated from Auckland University in New Zealand with a Bachelor of Laws with Honors and a Bachelor of Commerce. His principal role is to look after the overall operations of the Group. His role is to ensure that all the objectives of the Group which are set out at the beginning of the year are achieved. Rohit is instrumental in setting and implementing the Group's strategic objectives and direction.

His previous work experience was with Simpson Grierson and American International Group ("AIG"), in Auckland.

Kalpana Reddy
Director

Kalpana graduated from Auckland University in New Zealand with Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Arts (Japanese major). Her involvement with the Group began in September 1999. Kalpana's primary role is to oversee sales and marketing for all the hotels, both Fiji and NZ. Her involvement is both at operational and management levels. This role entails day to day contact with all properties.

Her previous work experience to date is with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu (Auckland), Saatchi and Saatchi Advertising (Dubai) and Institute for International Research ("IIR") - Exhibition Division (Dubai).

G Naidu
General Manager - Finance and Property

Mr. G Naidu has been with the Reddy Group for over 30 years. He worked with Reddy Fletcher, a joint venture between Reddy Construction and Fletcher Construction of New Zealand since 1973 as Contract Accountant in Lautoka, Labasa and Suva and as Accountant in Honiara, Solomon Islands. He joined Tanoa Hotels as an accountant in 1986 and later moved to the executive office in Lautoka as Group Accountant & Financial Controller. In early 2004, Mr. G Naidu was appointed as General Manager Finance & Property for the Group and is also a director of several Reddy Group companies. He too is actively involved outside the Group in social and community work.

Praful Dhokai
General Manager - Clyde Equipment (Pacific) Ltd

Praful Dhokai joined the Reddy Group in 1999 as branch manager for the Western Division. He was promoted to the position of General Manager in 2006. His promotion was a reflection of his dedication and industry knowledge and expertise in engineering equipments. Praful is responsible for all the operations of Clyde including our hire and scaffolding division. He coordinates the sales and marketing activities for Clyde. Praful's previous experience was with sales and marketing of industrial machines and parts in several large companies in India.
